CloudConnect BYOC Terms and Conditions

Introduction: 

CloudConnect BYOC program from Uber ISP allows businesses to continue using their existing Internet carrier while taking advantage of the advanced technologies and resiliency features provided by the CloudConnect Platform. By enrolling in the BYOC program, businesses qualify to receive a 75% introductory discount off of the regular monthly CloudConnect Elite subscription service valued at $139.99/month. This offer requires a 36-month service agreement, AutoPay, and paperless billing, and an existing carrier is required.

Internet Throughput Limitations:

The subscriber acknowledges and agrees that Internet speeds are limited to the upload and download speeds provided by the subscriber's Internet Service Provider and are not guaranteed by the CloudConnect Platform. The subscriber remains solely responsible for maintaining their existing carrier service and service agreement(s) as specified in the terms and conditions of the service agreement provided by the underlying carrier.

Maintenance of Existing Carrier Services:

By agreeing to the terms of the CloudConnect BYOC Service, the subscriber commits to maintaining their existing carrier internet services for the duration of the service term. If the subscriber terminates, cancels, moves, changes, introduces unapproved network hardware, downgrades, or in any other way affects the performance of the local carrier on the existing internet services, the subscriber will be automatically upgraded to the CloudConnect Elite services for the remainder of the original CloudConnect BYOC Service agreement fulfillment date. The subscriber acknowledges and agrees to be liable for any and all fees and charges associated with their existing carrier services and that any changes made to those services may result in additional charges or fees not associated with the CloudConnect Platform, and these will be the sole responsibility of the subscriber.

Termination of Carrier Services:

In the event that the subscriber's subscribed internet services reach their contractual fulfillment with their current carrier prior to fulfilling the CloudConnect BYOC Service Agreement Term, the subscriber will then be upgraded to the CloudConnect Elite service for the remainder of the service term with the applicable product terms and conditions. The subscriber acknowledges and agrees to remain responsible for any and all fees and charges associated with their existing carrier services and that any changes made to those services may result in additional charges or fees not associated with the CloudConnect Platform, and these will be the sole responsibility of the subscriber.

Subscriber Responsibilities:

The subscriber must ensure proper service termination with their current carrier before enrolling in the CloudConnect BYOC program. It is strongly recommended that CloudConnect BYOC subscribers create a reminder for their contract expiration date if they wish to terminate unnecessary services with their old carrier properly. Uber ISP does not assume any liability, contractual obligations, or other responsibilities and will not be able to assist with carrier account-related matters.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions: 

By enrolling in the CloudConnect BYOC program, the subscriber agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this document and any amendments made by Uber ISP at its discretion. The subscriber also agrees to abide by all laws and regulations regarding internet usage and service provision. Any violations of the terms and conditions may result in the termination of the subscriber's service without a refund.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 

BYOC Terms and Conditions are governed by the General Service Agreement Terms and Conditions and can be found on the Uber ISP website at https://uberisp.com/legal. The subscriber agrees that any disputes arising from or related to the BYOC Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in accordance with the General Service Agreement Terms and Conditions.
